Basedata for internally assessed units is made available for the whole year. The 2012 suite entries should come under the September series, 9c16, where 9 denotes September, C denotes Cambridge Technicals and 16 represents the calendar year which may need to be created within your management information system. The 2016 suite entries should come under the September series, 9i16.
Centres using SIMS can use the June 'importing results' basedata to import results for Cambridge Technicals into the summer season of your management information system (MIS). See the instructions for how to do this.
Basedata for examined units is series specific.
Each set of basedata includes a help file (.txt suffix) containing a description of the contents of the basedata and other helpful advice. Please consult this first if you have any queries.
Unlike for general qualifications such as GCSEs and A Levels, please use the awarding body identifier of 72 (OCR Coventry Office).

Please note that you must not send changes to any candidates' personal details or changes to existing entries via EDI.
It is possible to send EDI amendment files with entries for new candidates (once you have sent your first EDI entry file) or new entries for existing candidates.
