I have been working in education and the field of exams administration for over twenty years. I have first-hand experience of the exam officer role having worked as an exams manager in both a further education college and a large secondary school – so I know just how challenging and rewarding a role it can be! I began supporting exams officers when I joined the National Assessment Agency (NAA) in 2004 as a field-based Centre Support Officer. I joined OCR as a Customer Support Manager in 2007 and have been supporting our centres for a hugely enjoyable 10 years.
I support centres in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and Hampshire.

I have been working in education for twenty years and have experience of exams administration through my role as Assessment Manager at a university medical school and more recently as an Exams Officer in a large high school. I know, first hand, how challenging the role can be so I am looking forward to assisting and supporting centres within my region.

I joined OCR in 2013 and have been working within the education sector for 10 years. My role within OCR is as a Customer Support Manager.
