I am the Customer Support Manager for the Eastern regions. I joined OCR in May 2010 working in the Operations Hub and became a Customer Support Manager in September 2014. Before joining OCR I worked in Further Education and Training Provider delivery. My knowledge and experience in these roles will help to support you with the administration of our qualifications so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Life at OCR started for me in March 2010. Before joining the Customer Support Team I worked in the Operational Hub, and as a Qualifications Manager. My experience in these roles has given me a diverse range of knowledge that helps to assist and support our customers in administering OCR qualifications and I really enjoy travelling around my regions, visiting different centres and meeting exams officers.
I support centres in Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire, Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
I have been working in education and the field of exams administration for over twenty years. I have first-hand experience of the exam officer role having worked as an exams manager in both a further education college and a large secondary school – so I know just how challenging and rewarding a role it can be! I began supporting exams officers when I joined the National Assessment Agency (NAA) in 2004 as a field-based Centre Support Officer. I joined OCR as a Customer Support Manager in 2007 and have been supporting our centres for a hugely enjoyable 10 years.
I support centres in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire and Northamptonshire.
I joined OCR in 2013 and have been working within the education sector for 10 years. My role within OCR is as a Customer Support Manager. This enables me to offer support to centres across the South West region by providing information about our qualifications, resources and the support we offer you. I’ve been with OCR since 2014, as the Regional Account Manager for London, previously working for a FE college for 6 years. Moving into the role of Customer Support Manger in April 2017 ensures I can continue to support centres in London. From September 2015 my role has been Customer Support Manager, supporting centres within the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber regions.
