The Skills Funding Agency (SfA) continues to review all qualifications it funds, to ensure that all publicly funded qualifications meet government’s expectations, including minimum size, take-up of learners, recognition by centres and employers and a clearly written purpose statement.
OCR are working with the SfA to submit these qualifications against these new criteria to ensure they remain fundable in 15-16. The list of SfA funded qualifications can be located on the SfA website and is updated quarterly.
If you would like to provide recognition for these qualifications to support our submission to the SFA and future DfE submissions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any queries in regards to this notice please contact email@example.com.
This qualification is a competence based qualification. It is aimed at people who already have experience of office-based skills and wish to specialise in business and administration functions; perhaps in, or preparing for a line management role. Learners can choose from a bank of optional units which show their ability to negotiate, supervise, manage and contribute to the running of an office. On completion, learners can progress to a Level 4 qualification..
