Before submitting a review, centres must obtain the written consent of candidates for clerical checks and post-results reviews of marking since, with these services, candidates’ marks and subject grades may be lowered.
By submitting your application, you are confirming candidate consent has already been obtained. Copies of candidate consent forms do not need to be sent to OCR.

There is no charge for a clerical check. Where the subject grade changes as a consequence of the review, no fee will be charged. For a full list of charges, see our fees list.
We’ll send an invoice when the review is complete.
For CPC, reviews of results must be submitted within three months of the receipt of results (see the key dates).

The outcome of each review will be confirmed by email.
Where a grade changes and a certificate has already been issued, a replacement will be issued showing the revised grade once the centre returns the original to OCR.
