Amended specifications for some Entry Level qualifications

For the following Entry Level qualifications, we have corrected the Total Qualification Time (TQT) in each specification: 

• Entry Level Art and Design (R310)
• Entry Level English (R393)
• Entry Level Geography (R407)
• Entry Level History (R435)
• Entry Level Latin (R447)
• Entry Level Maths (R449)
• Entry Level PE (R463)

For each of the specifications above, section 3c - Total Qualification Time (TQT) stated the TQT as 140 hours. We have now corrected this as the TQT should be 120 hours.
