Students working from home

Further to our update last week, we can now confirm your students can produce work from home for teacher-assessed moderated units.

This will allow you to to reduce the number of hours you need to supervise these assessments and allow students to complete them if they can’t attend school or college due to self-isolation.

It's crucial your students produce the work themselves and you can validate that it’s their own work. We will set out the requirements for validating the authenticity of work produced at home as well as guidance on when work cannot be produced at home, which is primarily based on health and safety issues. This guidance will be issued next week.
