If you have made qualification entries for Cambridge Technicals (2012 and 2016 suites), we wanted to provide you with more information about updating your entries to make sure everything is in place if you wish to receive your students’ results in August.

Check and update your qualification entries by midday 11 May

If you have students looking to receive a qualification grade this summer, they must have a qualification entry for the correct qualification by midday 11 May. To do this, you may need to make new qualification entries, top up or move down entries. For guidance on making entries, please see the OCR website.

Make your ‘intention to claim’ by 22 May 

Using your updated entry information, next week we will send you a spreadsheet which contains the details of all candidates who have been registered for Cambridge Technicals (2012 and 2016 suites) since September 2018. You will need to identify the units they want to use towards their qualification and whether they had intended to resit any of the units. You will need to complete and return this spreadsheet to us by 22 May 2020.

We will provide more information about how we will be calculating your results and what information we will require shortly.
