The system is planned to be available as follows: 

• week beginning 22 March – Centre admins (usually the exams officer) will be able to add and remove teachers and additional assessment materials users.
  
• from 31 March – Download additional assessment materials.
• end of April – Centre admins will be able to update Head of Centre details.
  
• 26 May to 18 June – Submit teacher assessed grades for general qualifications, Cambridge Nationals and Cambridge Technicals.

The ‘Centre Administrator’ on Interchange (usually your exams officer) will automatically be set up as the ‘Centre Admin’ on our grade submission system. As well as being able to enter teacher assessed grades and download the additional assessment material, they can set up and update additional users:

• Additional Assessment Materials – This user role allows you to download additional assessment materials only. The role cannot view or enter teacher assessed grades.
  
• Teachers – This user role can enter and upload teacher assessed grades and send them to the Head of Centre for approval. This role can also download additional assessment materials.
  
• Head of Centre – The Head of Centre is responsible for reviewing and approving teacher assessed grades before submitting them to us. They will also need to complete a declaration. Heads of Centre can also download additional assessment materials.
