Our AS/A Level Biology provision is changing. Ofqual has decided not to allow reform of Human Biology AS/A Levels due to overlapping content with new reformed qualifications.
As an alternative to AS/A Level Human Biology, we recommend our new AS/A Level Biology B (Advancing Biology) (H022, H422) qualifications. These qualifications include significant content that will be familiar from the Human Biology course. To find out more about our AS/A Level Biology provision visit our new qualification pages below.
This specification has been written for students who wish to continue their study of Biology after GCSE, but focus on those aspects relating to Human Biology. It has been designed to enable centres to deliver the units using the framework provided or to design a custom course.
