Results are released to centres and candidates to allow any queries to be resolved before certificates are issued. Until certificates are issued, results are deemed to be provisional and may be subject to amendment.
Results are made available to centres from 12.01am the day before they can be released to candidates. This is known as restricted release. From the June 2020 series, results can be given to candidates from 8am on results day. Please see the JCQ guidance for more information on when results can be released.
