Entries allow us to personalise key documents with candidates’ details, allocate moderators to centres and exam scripts to examiners, send you question papers and supply candidates with results so they’re a key part of the assessment cycle!
For CPC you need to make named unit test entries. These provide us with details of each learner, the qualification they are taking and the venue for the exam.
Paper-based tests take place in September, December, March and June. You need to make entries via Interchange by the relevant entry deadline.

It’s important we get your entries on time but if you’re having unexpected problems, please get in touch and we’ll look at what support we can provide.
On-screen tests for multiple choice tests are available on-demand so entries can be made using the Surpass on-screen test system at any time.
All our entry fees are provided in the fees list. Please check this document carefully to ensure you don’t incur late entry fees.
Invoices will be sent (normally via email) to your accounts contact once you have made your entries.
To query an invoice, please forward a copy of the invoice and supporting documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your centre number and invoice number.
