When you download the basedata, please read the help file (.txt suffix) within each set of basedata.
You must import the basedata using the 'awarding body identifier' of 72 (RSA or OCR Coventry Office).
*You must register your candidates by making qualification entries before you make unit test entries.
**17/10/2018 – Following some compatibility issues, we have 'rolled back' to Version 1 of the test entry basedata and Version 2 of the qualification basedata. You will need these versions to make your test entries. Please note, we will be republishing the updated basedata in the coming weeks. These basedata files will include the new gradeset, 75, which will allow you to import near-pass R grades when you download your results.

You must not send changes to any candidates' personal details or changes to existing entries via EDI.
You can send EDI amendment files with entries for new candidates (once you have sent your first EDI entry file) or new entries for existing candidates.
