The Department for Education has recently informed us our Level 2 Cambridge Technicals in Business (2016) qualifications will not be included on the 2020 performance tables.
We will be resubmitting our Business Administration qualification for inclusion but not our qualifications in Customer Service and Retail at this time. Therefore, the qualifications in Customer Service and Retail will be withdrawn.
The Level 2 Award and Certificate in Business Practices will remain available, but we will not be submitting these for approval onto performance tables. Going forward these qualifications will be titled Level 2 Award and Certificate in Business Administration.
Please be aware our Level 2 Cambridge Technicals in Business (2012 suite) is also still available. These qualifications would allow you to tailor delivery around Customer Service and Retail accordingly and do not require external assessment.
