Unit 21 model assignment update

We've received new guidance on the safe use of dichloromethane (DCM or methylene chloride) in schools. In light of this, we are recommending teachers do not continue using this solvent or the suggested method with their students. Consequently, we've removed the Unit 21 Product testing techniques model assignment (L/508/1426) from our website. 

We will be providing an alternative model assignment for Unit 21 which will provide guidance on how students can evidence the learning objectives, suggested teaching resources, and exemplar practical methods to use safely in schools – we'll let you know when this is available.
