Accessing electronic question papers

Please note, this subject update refers to the arrangements for the June 2023 series only. We will be providing updated guidance for the June 2024 series in early March 2024.

In response to your feedback, from the June 2023 series you'll be able to access our standard electronic question papers ‘on-demand’ for the qualifications you've made entries for – this includes general qualifications, Cambridge Nationals and Cambridge Technicals.

This means that, if you have not already done so this year, you do not need to request standard non-interactive PDF question papers via the ‘Order Modified Paper’ section of Access Arrangements Online.

We hope this improvement makes managing PDF question papers simpler for you.

There are a few reasons why you may need to access electronic versions of secure materials; to print onto coloured paper or print an enlarged version for a candidate with an access arrangement.

If you need electronic question papers, you'll be able to access them 90 minutes before the published starting time for the exam, using our Digital File Despatch (DFD) service.
