For all our Entry Level specifications, we’ve updated the access arrangements to align with our other general qualifications. Additionally, for Entry Level Physical Education (R463), we've added more sports to the approved activities list. You can view the changes we've made to our Entry Level specifications below.

All Entry Level specifications

In section 4b: Access arrangements and special consideration of all the Entry Level specifications, we've amended the following:

• We now inform centres to use the Centre Admin Portal (CAP) via Interchange to access and complete Form 11.
• We've updated the contact email for the OCR Special Requirements team to srteam@ocr.org.uk.  
• We've updated the list of arrangements which do not need to be recorded by adding fidget toys and stress balls, non-electronic ear defenders/ear plugs, sitting the examination outside the examination hall/room, and squared paper for visual spatial difficulties.

Entry Level Physical Education (R463)

Further access arrangement amendments

For Entry Level Physical Education (R463), we’ve made the following access arrangements amendments:

• On pages 5 and 52, in the Guide to non-exam assessment, we indicate completed activity adjustment forms must be submitted to the Special Requirements team (srteam@ocr.org.uk) instead of the PE subject team.
• We’ve updated the activity adjustment request form with guidance on sending the completed Entry Level forms via email to the Special Requirements Team, rather than the online portal.

Practical performance – additional approved activities

On pages 10 and 11 of the specification for Entry Level Physical Education (section 2c), we've added more approved activities to the Practical performances – approved activities table, which are listed below:

• acrobatic gymnastics
• ice hockey
• inline roller hockey
• sailing
• sculling 
• water Polo
• figure skating
• sailing
• windsurfing
