Centre handbooks updated for Careers Guidance qualifications

Following a review in December 2021, we have updated the centre handbooks for our new Careers Guidance qualifications.

See the 'Key updates to this handbook' section at the front of each centre handbook for a full list of what we've updated.

We have not changed the content or structure of our qualifications.
