Our timetables for summer 2021 exams confirmed
18 November 2020
The final timetable for all GCSE, AS and A Level exams in summer 2021 has been agreed by JCQ. In response to feedback, the key change from the provisional timetable is that GCSE English Literature and GCSE Maths are no longer timetabled for the same day. Exams for AS and A Level Geology have also moved from before half term (31 May to 4 June) and will all take place in June 2021. You can find the OCR timetable for our GCSEs and A Levels, and all other general qualifications, on our administration pages.
We have broadly aligned our Cambridge Nationals and Cambridge Technicals summer 2021 timetable with the GCSE and A Level timetable by delaying the start of exams. Thank you for your feedback about the provisional VTQ timetable we shared. Following your comments, we adjusted the timetable for the Cambridge Nationals exams next summer. There are twelve exams which will all take place after the half term. This includes the Creative iMedia exam for R081 which is now scheduled for 16 June. For Cambridge Technicals, we’ve kept a small number of exams before half term but the majority are distributed over three weeks from 7 to 23 June.
