Copyright restrictions apply to the use of past papers. Centres do not need to apply for copyright clearance for past papers to be:
Centres wishing to publish past papers (or any other OCR materials) on a website or in hard copy externally, must apply for permission in writing from OCR.
Publishers must also apply in writing for permission to reproduce any OCR materials.

Past papers are available on our website for 5 years*. This ensures they're relevant preparation for assessment and covered by copyright. To get hold of older papers for private research purposes that are no longer on our website, visit Past-exam material.
Where third-party copyright clearance has not been received for items such as photos, published extracts or audio files, some papers may not be available online or will have specific content removed.
Exam papers including modified papers from previous series that are now available to download for practice purposes are not fully accessible to use with accessibility software packages in most cases, as they were originally intended for print purposes only.
