Cambridge Traineeships have been created to meet the Government’s Traineeship initiative. There will be greater focus on quality of outcomes, with the SFA exploring this year how they will measure this. Using OCR qualifications as part of a traineeship programme helps providers to meet this quality standard.

The recent evaluation reported that 80% of trainees were satisfied with their traineeship, with nearly 60% stating that they're applying for jobs where they wouldn’t have previously.
