Following a review of our qualifications, we have decided to withdraw OCR Customer Service Suite of Qualifications. The final date for entries will be 31 August 2020 and the final certification date will be 31 August 2021.
During this challenging period, there may be some changes made to assessments to enable remote delivery/assessment and this is referred to as an adapted assessment. Guidance on permitted adaptations is available on our support centre.
The OCR Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service is for candidates who undertake a customer service role and recognises that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities that are constantly developing and changing. This qualification is approved by the CfA as an essential component of the SASE and SASW compliant Apprenticeship frameworks for Customer Service.
