Find a test centre
STEP (Sixth term examination paper) can be taken in the UK and all over the world.
To take STEP you must be registered at an authorised test centre – as a candidate you cannot register yourself.
You may be able to take the test at your school. If your school or college is not already registered as a centre, they can apply to become a test centre.
If you cannot find a test centre in your home town or nearby, and your school is not eligible to administer STEP, you will need to travel to the closest test centre.
Use the search function below to find your nearest open test centre. Click on the centre name or the pin on the map to view the centre address and contact details.
These centres are approved to offer STEP but you will need to check with them whether they will accept you as a candidate.
