Past question papers and mark schemes
If you are from an approved OCR centre, you don’t need to apply for permission to reproduce past question papers or mark schemes, as long as you observe the following conditions:
- You only use photocopies and printouts from website downloads (or CD-ROM) for practice examinations, revision or for teaching purposes within the centre.
- You don’t charge students or anyone else for any of these materials.
You are not permitted to reproduce any examination questions from the following examinations:
- Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers (multiple choice papers for Passenger Transport and Road Haulage)
- Any ITQ or CLAiT (including ITQ Apprenticeship, ITQ Levels 1–3 in IT User Skills, New CLAiT – International and CLAiT Plus – International)
Some question papers contain material copyrighted by third parties. This will be clearly indicated on the question paper or in a separate copyright acknowledgement booklet. In some cases, copyright owners may not have given permission for OCR to use the material beyond the original examination and so these papers will have the third party content removed.

Music and language CDs and files must not be copied or digitised.
Intranets and virtual learning environments (VLEs)

- Materials are restricted to access within the centre only and cannot be accessed publicly – you must not publish any OCR materials on your public website.
