Verifying results

If you would like to share your results with a third party, we can email an official confirmation of results directly on your behalf.

Examples of a third party:

• a university, college or school
• an education results verification agency such as WES or ICAS
• employment screening agency
• a prospective employer

We will email a PDF confirmation of results to a single contact name and email address only. We are unable to copy applicants in on the email that is sent, but will notify you once we have completed your order. This service is email only and does not include a hard copy certificate replacement.

• Check your intended recipient will accept an email from OCR as proof of results
• Apply online
• Provide ID
• If your name has changed since the exams provide a copy of the appropriate marriage certificate or deed poll
• Provide a valid email address and contact name for the recipient in the ‘Notes’ section on the delivery details page of the online form.
• Provide your third party reference number, if applicable

Make sure all ID is scanned in an image format (jpg, png or gif) so that they can be uploaded to the application form. PDFs will not be accepted.

Payment for this service must be made by credit or debit card.

The fee for the service is £60.00 per exam series (non-refundable).
